Florey Fitness @ S4A strives to improve young people knowledge about fitness and nutrition. In our first block of sessions before Christmas students will be shown how to maintain fitness levels for sport or look after their general health. With advice on how to use your own body weight to gain fitness and strength and how to fuel your body with the right foods.

If doesn’t matter what level of fitness you have, if you are wanting to make a positive change to your physical and mental wellbeing Florey Fitness @ S4A is a great starting point.

Florey Fitness @S4A strives to inspire, support and promote an enjoyment of fitness – including knowledge of nutrition. In a fun, challenging and motivating circuit style training, the group will be shown how to maintain fitness levels for sport and look after their general health.
